Boarding Procedure for International Flights

1Check-in Counter

In the first floor lobby, go to the check-in counter of your airline and check-in. Here you will check in your suitcase or other baggage. Don't forget to have your passport ready!

2Flight Information and Baggage Inspection

Go up the stairs or escalator to the second floor departure lobby. After checking your flight time and departure gate on the flight information board, continue on to baggage inspection.

3Outbound Passport Control

At the customs counter, confirm duty-free items that are leaving the country and declare foreign made products that you currently posses and are taking with you. After having your passport and boarding pass checked at Outbound Passport Control, go up the stairs or escalator to the third floor.

4Departure Lounge

Until boarding for your flight is announced, take a break in the international departure lounge. For international departures, there is a duty-free store and light meals and snacks. Once you hear the boarding announcement for your flight, go through the gate and down to the second floor.

5Boarding (Concourse and Boarding Bridge)

While watching the airplane getting closer with each step, proceed across our lively concourse, over the boarding bridge, and onto the airplane.
